Deployment of New Digital Signing and Encryption Utility
The Government eProcurement Software of NIC, GePNIC (Ver. 1.09.22) has been enhanced with the New Signing and Encryption Utility. As we are preparing to deploy it in all the live instances of "Government eProcurement system of NIC -GePNIC- with New Signing and Encryption Utility" soon. Your thorough testing and feedback are crucial to ensure a smooth transition. We kindly request all officers / bidders to participate in the testing of the "GePNIC with the New Signing Utility" flow on the Demo server (https://demoeproc.nic.in/nicgep/app). |

Intimation Regarding Bidder Registration Charges
All bidders are required to submit the registration fee along with the relevant documents, as mentioned on the portal. Failure to do so will result in them being not allowed to participate in the bidding process. |

Intimation Regarding Payment through NEFT / RTGS Mode
The bidder(s) are hereby informed that settlement of NEFT / RTGS transaction does not take place on Sundays, 2nd and 4th Saturdays of a Month, and Declared Bank Holidays. |

Intimation Regarding Payment of Online Fees
1. The bidders are hereby informed not to close/suspend their Bank Accounts, from which the EMD/Tender Fee/Processing Fee is being paid for respective Tender. In case of any refund issue related to the respective tender, the Department shall not be liable or responsible in anyway.
2. The bidders using Net Banking Service of banks other than SBI are advised to submit their EMD and other fees (if any) in advance at least three working days prior to the last date of submission of the Bid. |
